In 1992, at the age of 38, Bryan Littleton (Little B) opened his first Little B's Mexican Food & Steakhouse in Hope, Arkansas. After serving as Director of Operations for many years in the family-owned franchised El Chico restaurants, Bryan decided to create his own concept.
He named the restaurant after his childhood nickname, 'Little B'. Bryan believed that people in small towns deserved good restaurants just as much as those in big cities. Over the next six years, he opened seven locations in the small towns of Hope, Texarkana, Searcy, Magnolia, El Dorado, Conway, and Malvern, Arkansas.
Bryan's journey in the culinary world is nothing short of inspiring. In 2001, he led the Arkansas Restaurant Association as President and chaired the Arkansas Hospitality Association. His dedication earned him a spot on the National Restaurant Board of Directors from 8704990483, and in 2003, he was celebrated as Arkansas's Outstanding Restaurateur of the Year.
In 2019, Bryan and his wife, Diane, traded Texas for the serene beauty of Norfork, Arkansas. Bryan's passion for trout fishing and Diane's love for the outdoors made it the perfect move. After a year of soaking in the natural splendor, they opened Little B's Grill, a cozy spot operating four hours a night, four nights a week, with seating for 56 guests.
Three years later, their success led them to Mountain Home, where they could welcome more guests and open daily. Bryan and Diane, along with their fantastic team, are committed to crafting dishes with the freshest ingredients. Diane's scrumptious cakes and Bryan's famous Bread Pudding with Brandy Butter Sauce are must-tries — Get them before they sell out!
Now, after a long day of fishing on the famous White River, you can savor the flavors of authentic Southwest cuisine. We're thrilled to have you here and confident you'll leave Little B's with a smile and return again and again!
